N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 149-M:40

If any provision of this subdivision or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the subdivision which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the provisions of this subdivision are severable.
