N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 155:6

Every person who shall let or use any building for the purposes specified in this subdivision, after such building shall have been ordered to be closed or altered as provided in the preceding sections until the order has been complied with or reversed, shall be fined not more than $100, for the use of the town or district where the building is situated.
