N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 161-F:76

Over 80 percent of long-term care services are provided by unpaid family caregivers. It is in the state's best interest to support these caregivers to maintain their family member at home. The purpose of this chapter is to provide support to these caregivers in their role as primary caregivers for aging family members.
