Siblings

Known as the Child Protection Act

I. The department shall place a child with the child's siblings unless doing so would be harmful to the child or siblings, or otherwise not in the child's best interest.

II. If siblings are not placed together, reasonable efforts shall be made to provide for visitation with siblings, unless such visitation would be harmful to the child or sibling.
