N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 175:8

If any provision of this title, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect the other provisions or applications of the title which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications and to this end the provisions of this title are severable.
