N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 179:21

No elected state official, liquor commissioner, or employee of the liquor commission responsible for making recommendations to the commission relative to the purchase of liquor, wine, or beer shall hold a liquor or wine representative license for a period of one year from the date that such person leaves office or terminates such employment.
