Sale of Cider to Persons Under 21

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell or cause or allow or procure to be sold to any person under 21 years of age, cider containing not less than 1/2 of one percent of alcohol by volume at 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
