N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 200:44-c

There is hereby established in the state treasury the epinephrine fund. The nonlapsing fund shall be kept separate and distinct from all other funds and shall be continually appropriated to the department of education for the purposes of this section. The fund shall be used to provide financial support for the procurement and distribution of epinephrine to schools in accordance with RSA 200:44-b. The department may accept gifts, grants, donations, and other moneys for this purpose.
