N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 206:23-b

The executive director of the department of fish and game shall annually provide copies of current fish and game statutes, if available as a single publication from a commercial publisher, without charge only upon request of the members of the house wildlife and marine resources committee and the senate fish and game/recreation committee.
