N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 212:23

The executive director shall keep an itemized account of all such sales or exchanges, and include the same in his biennial report to the governor and council pursuant to RSA 20:7, and shall remit to the state treasurer all money received under the provisions of this subdivision, to be credited to the fish and game fund.
