N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 227-K:10

Two weeks prior to removal or destruction of any currant or gooseberry bushes within any town by the director or the director's authorized agents, a written notice shall be given by the director to the selectmen of the town stating the date when, and the location where, operations for such removal or destruction will begin.
