N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 230:76

For the purposes of this subdivision the department of natural and cultural resources shall assist the commissioner of transportation in matters relating to recreational use and the availability of government funds which may be used for purposes of this subdivision. The department of safety shall assist the commission in matters relating to bicycle safety.
