N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 259:29-b

"EVR integrator" shall mean an electronic vehicle registration integrator who provides necessary hardware, software, software updates, or network connections between dealer agents, the department, and towns for the electronic transmittal and receipt of registration and title data and money.
