N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 259:29-c

"EVR program" means the electronic vehicle registration program that allows dealer agents to process motor vehicle registrations, permits for registration, or registration transfers and title applications in conjunction with the sale of a new or used vehicle by said dealer pursuant to RSA 261:74-h through 261:74-s.
