Interlock Service Provider

An approved interlock service provider means an entity that installs, services, calibrates, monitors, and provides reports as required by RSA 265-A:36, VI(c) who is approved by the commissioner of the department of safety to do so; no person shall provide any of the services of an approved interlock service provider without such prior approval.
