Motorcycle

"Motorcycle" shall mean every motor vehicle having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than 3 wheels in contact with the ground, but excluding electric bicycles, tractors, and mopeds. The term shall also include 3-wheel scooters with enclosed cabs.
