N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 262:14

No person shall purchase, print, circulate, distribute, sell, or offer for sale advertising or publications containing advertisements promoting the sale of master keys as defined herein except in connection with trade publications or other advertisements intended primarily for those engaged in the activities specified in RSA 262:13.
