N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 265:11-a

Prohibiting Avoidance of Traffic Signals

At any traffic control signal or sign, it shall be unlawful for the driver of a motor vehicle to cut across public or private property at or near the intersection which is not a roadway to avoid the traffic control signal or sign. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
