Every seller of pocket bikes shall provide a written disclosure to buyers at the time of purchase that advises buyers that their existing insurance policies may not provide coverage for these devices and that they should contact their insurance agent or company to determine if coverage is provided. Such disclosure shall also advise buyers that the devices are not legal for operation upon public ways.
