N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 273:24

Such arbitrators shall receive $50 a day for each day actually engaged in such arbitration and their necessary traveling expenses, to be paid upon vouchers signed by the commissioner, with the approval of the governor, out of the funds appropriated for the maintenance of the department of labor.
