N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 287-E:23-a

Licensees shall pay for purchased tickets no later than 30 calendar days after delivery. Unless a waiver is given by the commission for good cause shown, no charitable organization may purchase tickets from a different distributor when that charitable organization has failed to comply with the provisions of this section.
