The proprietors, at any legal meeting, may confirm, ratify and establish any grants, conveyances, votes and transactions by them designed and intended to be made, done, performed or transacted, agreeably to such design, intention and aim, notwithstanding any want of legal form or proper terms or any defect in relation thereto.
