N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 325:18

Examinations of applicants for licensure shall be held at least annually. Any person who desires to engage in funeral directing or embalming shall submit an application for licensure accompanied by a fee established by the office of professional licensure and certification. The office shall require the applicant to submit to such examinations as established in rule.
