Embalming Fluids

Source. 1935, 95:1

The sale or use for embalming purposes of any fluid containing arsenic, zinc, mercury, copper, lead, silver, antimony, chloral, or cyanogen, or any compound containing any of these, or any poisonous alkaloid, is prohibited, and all brands of embalming compounds used within the state shall be subject to test and approval by the department of health and human services.
