N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 328-H:12

Any person whose license has been suspended or revoked by the executive director may apply to the executive director, in writing, to request a hearing for reinstatement. Upon a hearing, the executive director may issue a new license or modify the suspension or revocation of the license.
