N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 339:1

All persons selling tickets for bread, milk or cream shall use some form of coupon ticket which shall be detached by the purchaser as used, or, if single tickets be used, they shall be defaced, punched or cancelled in some way at the time of sale and shall not be again used.
