N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 339:64

Possession of any such article, not marked as herein provided, by any person engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling or offering the same for sale shall be prima facie evidence that such article is being manufactured, remade or renovated, or is offered or exposed for sale, in violation of the provisions of this subdivision.
