N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 339:68

The provisions of this subdivision, except RSA 339:66 and 339:67, shall not apply to persons who sell or offer for sale goods of the kinds herein mentioned which are owned by them and have been in good faith used by them in their own houses or hotels, or to administrators, executors, guardians or trustees in bankruptcy.
