Voluntary Dissolution by Liquidation

A trust company that voluntarily dissolves by means of liquidation shall comply with the procedures for a voluntary dissolution set forth in the applicable the Organizational Acts, but any filing required by applicable law to be submitted to the secretary of state instead shall be submitted to the commissioner.
