N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 4-H:4

On or before November 1, 2022, and annually thereafter, the council shall provide an a report of its activities and the status of the plan to create housing stability for all citizens of the state to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
