N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 4:40-d

Any payment received by the state as determined by the governor and council under the provisions of RSA 4:40-a for sand or gravel taken from the bed of a great pond or of any navigable river shall be paid over to the state treasurer and shall be available for general revenue of the state.
