Costs and Expenses of Litigation

In any proceeding under this chapter, the court may award such costs and other expenses of litigation as justice requires, without regard to the limitations otherwise prescribed by law. If costs and expenses are taxed against the commissioner, they shall be paid pursuant to RSA 402-C:44, I.
