N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 402:46

No insurance company, association, or society or officer, director, agent, broker, or solicitor thereof, shall issue, circulate, or use, or cause or permit to be issued, circulated, or used, any statement, estimate, illustration, or circular misrepresenting the terms of any policy issued or to be issued by such company, or the benefits or privileges promised, or the future dividends payable, under any such policy.
