N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 420-O:12

Any institution of higher education that violates this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in RSA 400-A:15 or such other section of the insurance code as may be applicable, including but not limited to RSA 420-J and RSA 417.
