Sound Animals

Whenever a bovine is tested with the tuberculin or other approved test, under any of the provisions of this chapter, and passes the test satisfactorily to the commissioner or his agent, such animal, except purebred registered cattle, shall have a numbered tag placed in its ear, unless already so tagged.
