N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 47:25

At least 30 days prior to the adoption of any such ordinance or any amendment or supplement thereto, not less than 3 copies of such code or regulation referred to shall have been filed in the office of the building inspector, and 3 copies in the office of the city clerk for the use and examination of the public.
