N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 511:22

The franchise of a corporation authorized to receive tolls, so far as relates to the right to receive tolls, with all the privileges and immunities belonging thereto, may be attached by leaving an attested copy of the writ and of the officer's return thereon with the clerk, treasurer or a director of the corporation.
