N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 512:15

In cases under RSA 512:14, like proceedings may be had by or against the corporation or partnership, upon summons or notice to or by such officer, agent or member to give such deposition, and upon their failure or refusal, as in the case of an individual.
