N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 528:16

Notice in writing of the time and place of sale of such shares or interest shall be given by the officer to the debtor, or shall be left at his abode, and shall be posted at one or more public places in the town where the sale is to be, and in two adjoining towns, thirty days before the sale.
