N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 547-C:21

If on the hearing no sufficient objection appears, the court shall appoint guardians or agents for all minors or persons incapacitated, and agents for all persons unknown or out-of-state, interested in the property, and render judgment and award costs thereon, in the manner prescribed in this chapter.
