Amended Registration

Known as the New Hampshire Foundation Act

(a) Subject to subsection (c), a foreign foundation may amend its certificate of registration by filing an amended certificate of registration with the secretary of state.

(b) An amended certificate of registration shall set forth:

(1) The foreign foundation's name or, if its name is unavailable for use in this state or does not satisfy the requirements of RSA 564-F:4-401, a name that satisfies the requirements of RSA 564-F:4-401; and

(2) The amendment to the certificate of registration.

(c) A certificate of registration may be amended at any time in any respect so long as the amended certificate of registration contains only provisions that lawfully may be contained in the certificate of registration at the time of making the amendment.
