N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 571-C:1

Minor Blood Donors

Source. 1971, 82:1

I. Any minor of sound mind who has attained the age of 17 years or any married minor regardless of age may donate blood in any voluntary and noncompensatory blood program without the necessity of obtaining the consent of any parent, guardian, or any other person having the care and custody of such minor.

II. Any minor of sound mind who has attained the age of 16 may donate blood in any voluntary and noncompensatory blood program if the minor provides written consent from the minor's parent, guardian, or any other person having the care and custody of such minor.
