N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 6:10-b

All state funds held on deposit for the payment of such checks shall, upon cancellation of the record of the checks by the treasurer, be reported as unclaimed property, to the extent that such amounts are not determined to be de minimus by the state treasurer, and be held subject to the provisions of RSA 471-C.
