N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 6:4

The state treasurer shall provide, at the expense of the state, suitable books, records, electronic files, and other such documents, in which shall be entered detailed and correct records of all sums of money received into and paid from the treasury and of all other official acts pursuant to RSA 5:33.
