N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 6:43

By November 1 of each year, the commission shall prepare a report regarding the status of the trust fund. Such report shall be submitted to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house, the governor, and the state library, and shall be posted to the state government Internet site.
