N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 622:31

Any money accruing under RSA 622:29 shall be and remain under the control of the commissioner of corrections, to be used for the benefit of the prisoner, his family or dependent relatives under such regulation as to time, manner, and amount of disbursement as the commissioner of corrections may prescribe.
