N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 624:12

The repeal in house bill no. 75 of the 1955 session of the general court of any statute or part of a statute heretofore repealed shall not be construed as a declaration or implication that such statute or part of a statute has been in force at any time subsequent to the first repeal.
