Short title

Known as the Comprehensive Regulated Medical Waste Management Act

The act spans §§ 13:10-1 to 13:9C-4 (1,616 sections).

Sections 1 through 25 of this act shall be known and may be cited as the "Comprehensive Regulated Medical Waste Management Act."
