Unlawful procurement of consumer note; penalty

Known as the New Jersey Automobile Full Insurance Availability Act

The act spans §§ 17:10B-1 to 17:9A-99 (3,637 sections).

Any person who procures the execution of a note in violation of this act shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $500.00 for each offense.
