Retaliatory tax provisions; application

Known as the New Jersey Automobile Full Insurance Availability Act

The act spans §§ 17:10B-1 to 17:9A-99 (3,637 sections).

L.1981, c. 160, s. 20.

The provisions of P.L.1950, c. 231 (C. 17:32-15) relating to retaliatory tax provisions shall apply to insurers under this act.
